Rhonda Gale Yandle Nance, 58, of Bladenboro went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 8, 2019. She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Yandle, maternal grandmother, Gladys Edwards and one niece, Megan Yandle. Rhonda leaves behind her mother, Linda E. Yandle of Bladenboro; her loving husband, Rev. Mitchell Nance of the home; one brother, Ricky Yandle of Bladenboro, sisters: Penny Y. Thompson and Tammy Yandle, one niece, Lindsay Thompson, two nephews, Blake and Brooks Yandle, and four great nieces: Chloe Keck, Kenley Yandle, Willow Yandle, and Berkleigh Yandle, all of Bladenboro.
Rhonda was a loving daughter, sister and wife. She served for 33 years as a pastor’s wife by her husband’s side and worked for 22 years at BB&T. Rhonda was a hardworking, outgoing and very giving individual. Her smile lit up the room as she entered, and her sense of humor made her a joy to be around. Rhonda loved the Lord and her church family. She enjoyed spending time shopping with her mother, who was also her best friend; mowing her yard and spending time with her fur baby, Fuzzball.
The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Singletary Baptist Church in Lumberton. A funeral service will follow at 2 pm. Burial will follow the services at Bladen Memorial Gardens in Elizabethtown.
