Roscoe Sessoms

Mr. Roscoe Franklin Sessoms, 86 of White Oak, NC entered into eternal rest Monday, December 8, 2008.



Mr. Sessoms worked for the Bladen County School system for over 30 years. He was a charter member of White Oak Fire Dept. and White Oak Ruritian Club. He was a life long member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church.



He was born May 01, 1922 to Henry and Lila Cain Sessoms in Bladen County. He was predeceased by his parents.



He is survived by his wife Elizabeth \\"Lib\\" Sessoms of the home; one son, Larry Sessoms of White Oak; two daughters; Vivian Sholar of White Oak and Peggy White of Lumberton; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.



The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 9, 2008 from 7:00 until 9:00pm at Bethlehem United Methodist Church. A private burial will be held at 11:00 am prior to the service at 1:00pm on Wednesday, December 10, 2008, at Bethlehem United Methodist Church with Dr. Tim Reaves and Rev. Shannon Ross officiating.
