Ruby Beck

Ruby C. Beck, a Navy Veteran, age 70 of Tar Heel, passed away Thursday, September 4, 2014 at Bladen County Hospital. She is survived by her mother, Beulah L. Morgan of South Mount, her loving husband of 50 years, Rev. Jerry Beck of the home, two sons, Roy Beck and Chuck Beck and wife Alena, all of Tar Heel, two brothers, Harold Morgan of South Port and Bobby Morgan of Lexington, one sister, Charlene Carrick of South Mount, eight grandchildren: Roy Lynn Beck Jr., Jonni Wuergler, Noah Lee Beck, Kendall Rollinson, William Dylan Beck, Travis Dakota Beck, Zachariah Allen Beck, and Isaiah Charles Beck, and three great grandchildren, Brianna, Luke, and Kylie.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 6, 2014 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home. Services will be conducted at Sandy Grove Baptist Church on Sunday, September 7, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. officiated by Rev. Bruce Cannon, Rev. Cameron McGill, Rev. Larry Hayes and Rev. Danny Lewis. Burial will follow at Allen Cemetery.
