Ryan Burch

Ryan Lee Burch 24, of Clarkton passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 3, 2021. Born May 20, 1997 to Tommy and Phyllis Burch. He was preceded in death by his father Tommy Burch, uncles Terry and Larry Burch, Grandfather Norman J. Regan, Grandmother Kathryn B. Regan, Aunt Dianne R. McAulay, Cousin Giles McAulay and his lifelong companion Riley, his German Shepherd.

Ryan is survived by his mother, Phyllis C. Burch, sisters, Aimee Hardesty (Gwen) of Florida, Shelby Lynn Burch of Clarkton and Tina Burney (Jay) of Elizabethtown, Grandmother Kathryn K. Burch (103 years old) from Indiana, Aunt Becky Cribb, and Cousin Regan McAulay of Clarkton, Niece Jeramie Heustess and daughter Morgan, Nephew Lonnie Heustess (Samantha) and their children Xander, Kennedy, and Lennox,

Niece Leighanna Todd (Ryan) and their children Joseph and Jensen Burney, Niece Hannah Carlen, Nephew Rhett Burney and Niece Maegan Burney.

Ryan was a kind, gentle young man of few words with a big heart and full of laughter. His hobbies included riding four wheelers, playing paintball-airsoft, working on computers, and playing video games. He enjoyed time spent with his furry companions.

He loved his family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them. Ryan was heartbroken with the loss of his father last year and his fur companion Riley on June 23rd. His family finds comfort in knowing he is now walking and laughing with his dad and Riley and that he is at rest.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 6, 2021, at 5pm at Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home Chapel in Elizabethtown with Rev. Richard Priest officiating.
