Sally Bedsole

Sara “Sally” Frances Bedsole, 62, of Elizabethtown passed away on Friday, September 4, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents: Raymond and Edna Bedsole and sister, Edna “Joey” Ruby Batton. Sally leaves behind her son, Blaine McQueen of Charlotte; daughter, Morgan McQueen of Elizabethtown; sister, Emily Gardner of Whitsett, NC; nieces and nephews: Tripp Gardner, Tanner Gardner, Hugh Jackson, Jr., Sonja Milligan, Earl A. Batton, Suzanne Rice, Marcie Carter and many special friends.

Sally adored her family dearly. She had a beautiful, affectionate soul that was so full of life. She loved everyone and never met a stranger. She was always the life of the party and had a great passion for cooking and fishing. She will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

A graveside service will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, September 8th in the Tar Heel Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Warren Hill officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. All attendees are asked to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
