Sharon Smith

Sharon Lynn Smith, age 50, of Elizabethtown passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at her home. She was born in Sampson County on December 1, 1972, daughter of Lloyd Clifton Faircloth and Elizabeth Faye Faircloth. She was preceded in death by her father, and her husband, Claude Leonard Smith. Sharon is survived by her mother, Elizabeth Faircloth of Turkey, son Auston Spell (Karen) of Autryville, daughter Rebecca Smith of Elizabethtown, and one sister, Pamela Renay Faircloth of Warsaw.

Sharon was a cheerful, loving lady. She had a contagious sense of humor that always kept folks laughing. She adored spending time with her family and fishing at the beach. Her love of life and others will be missed.

The family will receive friends from 2-3:00 pm on Friday, April 7, 2023 at the Autryville New Life Church of God followed by a memorial service at  3:00 pm.
