Thelma Goins

Thelma Irene Goins, 70, of Elizabethtown passed away Friday, April 08, 2016 at her home. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Marjorie Malpass, brother, Bobby Malpass and sister, Edna Faye Green. Survivors include: husband, Harold Goins of Teachey, NC, two sons, Jim Goins and Harold Goins Jr. both of Elizabethtown, three daughters, Dolores Townsend and husband Ray of Elizabethtown, Donna Jacobs and husband Wilford of Bolton, and Ethel Bell Goins of Teachey, NC, one brother, Doug Malpass of Riegelwood, and one sister, Madge Odom of Wilmington, NC, 18 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
Thelma was a strong lady, humble, never complained and loved her family dearly.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown. Graveside services will be held Thursday, April 14th at 2 pm in Potters Cemetery in Riegelwood, NC. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Funeral Fund of Thelma Goins
