Theo Sullivan

Frank Sullivan, 79, of Simpsonville, SC went home to be with his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on Thursday, May 5, 2016. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Arlene R. Sullivan of the home, son David Sullivan of Simpsonville, SC; three daughters: Debbie Sullivan of Simpsonville, SC; Lynda Sullivan of Daniel Island, SC; and Katie Culpepper and husband Rev. Ryan Culpepper of Ripley, TN; one brother, Jimmy Sullivan and wife Lorraine of Amory, MS; one sister Pat and husband James C. Cook of Okolona, MS and three grandchildren: Savanah Marie, Sarah Kate, and Rylee Faith.
A God fearing man, he always put others before himself. He was a man of great compassion. Frank was exceptionally kind and never missed an opportunity to help someone in need. His entire life he never had an unkind word or gesture toward anyone. His presence brought stability and peace. A constant encourager, he looked for the good in everyone and remained positive no matter the circumstances. His advice and counsel was sought even by strangers. He was devoted to his family and friends and always eager to talk football or the Marines. Deeply loved, He will be greatly missed.
The family will receive friends on Monday, May 9, 2016 from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown followed by a Graveside service at 1 pm in Bethlehem United Methodist Church Cemetery in White Oak, NC. The family will also receive guests from 1-2 pm on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at First Baptist Church Chapel at 101 Church Street in Simpsonville, SC followed by a Memorial service at 2 pm.
