Amanda Gibson Sykes, is married to Greg Sykes they have two children Blake and Kaitlyn and one granddaughter Maci Sykes. She attended Bladen Community College and obtained her funeral directing degree at Fayetteville Community College. After finishing school Amanda started her funeral career at Lewis Funeral Home In Bladenboro in 1995. Amanda has been with Bladen- Gaskins for 17 years. She and her husband are members of New Center Baptist Church where she teaches Sunday school, works in the youth ministry, and sings in the church choir. Amanda also serves on the Bladenboro Christmas Parade Committee and is a member of the Bladenboro Rotary Club. Amanda is very passionate about her role as a funeral director. She feels serving our local families is her true passion, and a blessing from God.
